Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to drive the technical execution of our projects while ensuring effective leadership, compliance with standards, and support for various departments. This role requires hands-on expertise in technical leadership, project management, team oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

I. Technical Leadership:

  1. Lead and mentor the technical team in design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  2. Oversee the adoption of new technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions to meet project requirements.

II. Project Leadership:

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  2. Manage project resources, timelines, and risks while communicating progress to stakeholders.

III. Team Management & Technical Oversight:

  1. Provide clear direction and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  2. Ensure technical accuracy, code quality, and adherence to architectural principles through regular reviews and guidance.

IV. Technical Documentation & Process Compliance:

  1. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects and processes.
  2. Ensure all projects comply with internal standards, industry best practices, and legal or regulatory requirements.

V. Support to BD & HR Departments:

  1. Collaborate with Business Development (BD) to provide technical insights and support during client engagements, proposals, and solution design.
  2. Assist HR in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of technical staff, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Expertise in Full Stack Technologies.
  3. Proven experience in technical project leadership, team management, and hands-on software development.
  4. Strong understanding of technical documentation and process compliance.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
  6. Experience in supporting business development and HR functions is a plus.
  7. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
