Junior Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a smart and dynamic individual to coordinate across teams and act as a bridge between business and technical development teams. The ideal candidate will support in documentation, and delivery of business requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional requirements.
  2. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project-related documents such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and meeting notes.
  3. Scrum Meetings: Participate in and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project deliverables while ensuring timely completion.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and developers to ensure clear and effective communication.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  7. Testing & Validation: Support UAT by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
  2. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as BA in IT. Internship tenure can also be considered.
  3. Exposure to BRDs, user stories, or flow diagrams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise with staff at all levels in the organization.
  5. Ability to work independently. 

Good to Have

  1. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  2. Knowledge of any project management tool.
  3. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
