Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new software programs along with other team members.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
- Active involvement in software design.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Qualification & Skills
Mandatory
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant frameworks like React.js and Node.js.
- Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building server-side applications.
- Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and approaches to handle them.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of modern UI/UX practices.
- Understanding of database performance optimization.
