As an SDE 3, you will be responsible for architecting and building efficient, reusable, and scalable web applications, while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Project Requirements: Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  2. System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Make informed decisions about technology stack and design patterns.
  3. Technical Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of complex technical projects, from design to deployment.
  4. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and best practices.
  5. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  6. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in React.js and front-end development to continuously improve the team's processes and applications

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js.
  2. Proven experience in designing and architecting web applications at scale.
  3. Deep understanding of React.js.
  4. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
  5. Version Control: Strong experience with Git and code versioning best practices.
  6. Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  7.  Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
  8.  Strong attention to detail.
  9.  Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  10.  Experience with build tools like webpack, grunt, gulp.
  11.  Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
