Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise their performance and productivity.
Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance evaluations to the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and target clients to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key clients.
Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT products, services, and technologies to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings.
Qualification & Skills
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, networking, cloud-based solutions, and emerging technologies.
Language preference - Arabic
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
